Environment Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Ensure the environment life cycle (availability, stability and quality of the environments in the different phases of the delivery model)
- Ensure adaption of databases during deployments
- Ensure changes in environments based on documented and approved changes
- Report on monitoring results and support capacity and availability management for further development of guidelines and processes
- Ensure the creation of the deployment cookbook and its maintenance
- Define the frozen zones conjointly with release manager, client manager, project manager and transition service manager
- Coordinate deployments according to the release and deployment cookbook
- Ensure the creation of an integrated infrastructure and process plan
Main qualifications
- In-depth experience in an infrastructure related role within a larger enterprise environment
- Good knowledge of ITIL Service Transition and associated processes in a larger, enterprise environment
- Good knowledge in how to use an ITIL compliant Service Management tool set, ideally ITIL Foundation certified (Practitioner)
- Expert knowledge on project management
- Excellent command of written and spoken German and English
