Main tasks:
- Preparation and organisation of project meetings and workshops
- Organisation of documentation
- Coordination and support of project lead
- Set-up and configuration of project plans in software development
- Coordination of external suppliers
- Conduction of project controlling (progress vs. costs)
Main qualifications
- Former experience as a PMO in technical projects required
- Knowledge in software development is beneficial
- Good knowledge with project management tools (MS Project, GANTT Diagram, etc.)
- Very good speaking and writing skills in English
- German is beneficial
