• Demonstrate strong understanding of Capital Market services in general and particularly in treasury domain• Good understanding of various Asset Classes, Securities Market & its Participants
• Good understanding of securities/trade life cycle
• German language proficiency
• Experience in preparing business requirement documents & functional specification documents
• Demonstrates understanding of business needs & complex business requirements
• Skill in test cases, test-data and review of interface testing, between different applications, when required.
• Strong experience in business and functional analysis
• Work with Technology team, Operations Teams, Architecture group and other work streams with in the program to obtain sign off
• CBAP or similar qualifications is an added advantage

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can effectively communicate business and technical information across the organization, being sensitive to the needs of unique audiences
Problem Solving:
• Is able to collaborate with IT and business personnel to manage problem resolution effectively
• Work cross-functionally and think both critically and strategically
