Software Change and Configuration Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Maintain and control all software inventory, documentation and product releases
- Manage bill of materials including software, create baselines and provide input to the product release process
- Define and implement procedures for releasing new products or improvements to existing products throughout the entire life cycle of the associated system
- Identify and track product configuration throughout the production process in order to document changes
- Evaluate and manage proposed changes, track the status of changes and implement product configuration management guidance
- Provide change management data (metrics) to support internal and external customer communication
- Conduct and facilitate Change Control Boards (CCBs) to manage changes to software baselines
- Assist in management, maintenance and automating of CM tools
- Provide support to project teams in configuring and baselining project items
Main qualifications
- Professional experience in cross functional teams
- Ability to understand impact of changes in software, hardware and mechanics
- Knowledge of the usage of Jenkins, IBM Rational Team Concert, Microsoft Sharepoint, Windows, Linux
- General understanding of baselining and integration processes
- Automotive SPICE knowledge
- Structured, driven and process-oriented person
- Fluency in business German and English
