- Collate data (SME discussion/tool downloads) & baseline
- Perform Fit Gap Analysis to Baseline the Data
- Write functional requirements using use case specifications or user stories
- Perform business process gap analysis
- Act as product owner for the project to guide the team in making the right choices to maximize project and customer success
- Facilitate sprint planning, Backlog planning, and sprint demo during the construction phase
- Configure the various customer experience building blocks
- On Cobol technology
- Strong experience in retail banking, payments, loans, cards, lending
- Should be German Speaking
- Analyze the baseline data, compare performance against industry standards & best practices
- Identify gaps and recommend areas of interventions
- Identify dependencies, issues, and constraints
- Analyze asset Inventory of Current Infrastructure
- Analyze the architecture details
- Analyze the life cycle of hardware & software
- Analyze the ownership of hardware/software
- Analyze the hardware configuration, workload utilization, and performance
- Analyze RTB and CTB process efficiency and effectiveness
- Incorporate Feedback from Workshops/Interviews
- Data Analysis Output include
- As-is Data Centre-wise and Consolidated IT Infrastructure visibility.
- IT Infrastructure to Application Mapping
- Financial Investment Roadmap for 3 years period minimum
- Process Maturity Assessment
