Test Manager (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Responsible for the overall Test Process Control and test related activities for FAT and UAT execution
- Master test planning and test resource management
- Quality assurance of test strategy and test case preparation until test execution
- Align test deployment and test data requests
- Test process evaluation and optimization
- Report to project and release responsible managers
- Defect Management
- Alignment with other streams and projects
- Periodical travel to Bratislava (SK)
Main qualifications
- Project experience working as test manager, preferably in DWH area
- Experience in test execution and test methodology (ISTQB, ISEB)
- Extensive experience with test management tools, preferably JIRA
- Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL
- Understanding of Defect Management and defect tracking tools
- Experience in UML
- Very good oral and written English language skills
- Know-how of the banking sector is an advantage
