On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Contract Manager to freelance work in Austria in a longer term project.
You will be responsible for coordinating contracts between the end client and suppliers, other 3rd parties and subcontractors during rollout and operations of a new 3G network in Austria. You will ensure proper documentation on the contracts and their execution, liaise with outside council for issue handling, coordinate between involved parties during negotiation phase and ensure internal policies are kept in the contract. You are handling contract masters and provide correct contract versions to the lines for extensions, coordinate terminations, being interface to the management in contractual questions.
Qualifications:
Law degree or working experience in a similar position with legal or para legal background in Telecommunications. You have the ability to set-up a local contract management structure integrated into the existing global environment. Knowledge of Civil Code and international contracts legislation, Service Contracts, SLA as well as Work Package contracts. You are used to work in an intercultural environment within an international company. Good customer facing experience and negotiation skills.
Fluent language skills in German as well as English
