Für einen Kunden von uns im Bankenbereich suchen wir einen Software Test Manager (m/w) – Agile Environment für den Raum Wien.Your Tasks:
- Manage all test functions in support of both software development and Engineering deployments.
- Works directly with software development team and engineering teams in developing test approaches, test cases and acts as team-member
- Ensures that customer, product manager, and technical lead requirements are met as described in both technical detail, use cases, and user stories.
- Responsible to develop test plans, test approaches, and test cases and also review of requirements and optimization of other testing activities including test Automation.
- Manages defects, test environments and the appropriate test data as well as the risk assessment for the tested components.
- Clearly articulate to Sr Leadership where any user story or requirement are in the test process and well as what will be eligible for deployment.
- Review and enhancement of testing methodologies.
- Cooperates intensively with other staff, such as software architects, software engineers, software consultants, test consultants, test engineers, test managers, business analysts and project managers or technical project managers.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor or master degree in a technical study (preferred computer science) or other higher technical education (computer science)
- At least 3 years’ experience in software testing and ISTQB certificate (Minimum: foundation level)
- Agile Mindset is key (Scrum-Master Certificate is an asset)
- Experience with test management, test planning, test reporting in an agile setup
- Good knowledge of the following technology areas: Mobile Testing, API-Testing, Micro-Services, Web-Application
- Banking Know how is an asset
- Experience with Micro Focus ALM (former HP QC/ALM) ,Selenium/Appium, REST assured and other test automation methodologies and tools
- Preferably experience in requirement engineering methodologies
- High reliability, assertiveness, goal oriented and focused on results
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment, flexibility
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent English
