About our customer:

Our customer is an international member of thebanking industry.

For their branch in vienna we are looking foran Scrum Master (m/f) with experience proven knowledge of the Scrum process in several projects

Tasks:

• Guiding the team and Product Owner on how to use Scrum practices and value

• Guiding the team to become a self-organizing team

• Coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization

• Removing impediments and guiding the team and Product Owner to remove impediments by addressing the right people

• Build a trusted and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame

• Facilitating getting the work done

• Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution

• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency and actively share information

• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the Product Backlog

• Act in close alignment with the RBI Agile Coach for the respective adaptive setting

• Facilitate the Planning/Review/Retrospective Meetings

• Ensure transparency of the team performance to in- and outside using the Burndown Charts and other reporting tools

Skills:

• Scrum Master certification

• Experience of acting in the Scrum Master Role for at least 2 years

• Good skills and knowledge of servant Leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution,

• continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency

• Excellent Knowledge of Scrum methodology

• Knowledge of other agile approaches: KANBAN, XP, DevOps, etc.

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

• Experience appliying agile techniques like: User Stories, Story Points, ContinousIntegration, test automation, Impact Map, etc.
