For a project at our client‘s site in Zurich, we are looking for German speakingSenior Application Manager - Front End Java - GERMAN (5164)
You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of the Java-based frontend systems. You will interact and partner with internal stakeholders and project teams and you are encouraged to continuously drive innovation and simplification.
Your Qualifications:
- Multiple years of experience in the commercial IT field, with financial services industry focus
- Several years’ experience in Java-based front-end systems and CRM applications as an Application Manager
- Good understanding of Design and Development of J2EE applications
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management
- Experience in ITIL, certification is a plus
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), German (spoken) and French is an asset
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain, design and develop frontend java applications for 500 Users
- L2 and L3 Support and interface with other L1, L2 and L3 support teams (internal and external)
- Engage, support and interface with business application owners, project teams, and other business stakeholders
- Participate and support the Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Release Management process
- Maintain and update application documentation and operations manual
- Act as the SME and single point of contact with Third Party Service Providers assigned with productions support and change activities related to the applications owned
