Your New role:-
Your Skills and Qualifications:-
Essential Skills:-
- Support in the Oracle database administration
- Data provision and maintenance
- Capacity planning and performance tuning
- Support during troubleshooting
- Support for software installations and maintenance
- Ticket processing and security
- Support migration from Oracle 11 to 12c
Your know-how:
- Well-founded Oracle 11 and 12c knowledge
- Sophisticated handling of RMAN, Remedy, Scripting (Shell, PL/SQL) as well as in ASM and Redhat Linux
- Knowledge in the field of monitoring
- Know-how in 1-level support
- Good English knowledge
