Senior Accountant (m/f)

Beschreibung

• Overall control and sign off of reconciled fixed assets transactions, maintained fixed assets sub-ledger, journals and respective documentation
• Overall control, sign off and booking/reconciling all accrual accounts, maintain documentation
• Overall control and sign off of prepared data for intercompany recharges, maintain documentation
• Book payroll, reconcile respective general ledger accounts
• Prepare VAT reports, reconcile VAT accounts incl. clearing of VAT accounts at month end
• Support financial accountants and financial analysts by analysing complex accounting cases
• Cooperate with tax advisors in calculating company income tax
• Communicate with external advisors in related matters
• Participate on preparation of local statutory reports, company income tax reports
• Perform monthly reconciliation of all general ledger accounts (Balance sheet and profit/loss account)
• Provide administrative support to management
• Accomplish other finance related tasks based on ad-hoc organizational needs
• Support in the year end closing with preparation of audit documentation, YES reporting and other related matters

• Very good bookkeeping experience
• Good experience with audit or tax advisory
• Proven experience with intercompany recharging processes
• MS office user skills, MS Excel intermediary user skills, experience in working with various accounting software
• Independent personality with proven high level of analytical skills and commitment
• Result oriented, very good self-organized, stress resilient
