Manning Global Group is currently looking for a number of HelpDesk Support to start immediately in a long term project for one of our international clients in the Telecommunication industry, based in Germany.Main responsabilities include:
- Receive customer support center hotline 7x24hrs in three shifts of eight hours; identify and confirm customer requests via hotline, website, fax, email and correspondence.
- Record accurately customer information, equipment information and technical problem reported by customer via hotline
- Judge accurately the product type consulted by customer and register call log, and forward customer requests to support expert for handling quickly.
- Receive internal support hotline 7x24hr and register call log to forward customer problem to product experts.
- Accept customer calls and identify customer category, lead or help customer solving problems
- Responsible for tracing and monitoring customer problem processing procedure, coordinating related department to resolve problem within committed time
Qualifications required:
- Specialist in computer, communication engineering or related
- At least 1 year in the call center industry
- Familiarity with customer support procedures and online service processes
- Familiarity with Call Center software and service platform
- Good command of English and German
- Good telephone communication skill and typing
- Work oriented and spirit of teamwork, excellent ability of oral and written expression and ability of learning
