On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for two IPT Technical Customer Service engineers in Germany.
The main responsibility is to be supporting all aspects of the Avaya IPT Contact Centre environment. The role will be primary on site customer contact for technical issues, very customer focused, and will include setting up customer requirements into a working Avaya IPT contact centre solution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Needs to provide on site technical assistance/support/fault resolution for the Avaya IPT Contact Centre solution including voice recording technologies such as Nice and Cybertech, CTI applications.
• Need to work closely with the Service Provider TDA, Client Voice Engineering and Project Management.
• Has responsibility for completion of technical support deliverables in the Avaya IPT Contact Centre architecture.
• Has responsibility for completion of programming and MAC deliverables in the Avaya IPT Contact Centre architecture. These deliverables include software configuration and hardware installation in accordance with customer requirements.
• Needs to maintain close relations with third parties, like vendors, to be able to monitor progress of reported problems,
• Prepare and maintain technical customer documentation (drawings/database/Service documents/Disaster Recovery document) and handover to the different Technical Support Centres, Network Management Centres, Project Coordination, Project Management, Service Account Management and System Engineering.
• Take part in regular service meetings, together with Service Account Management, to advise customer on possible design issues following network growth and changed user requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical assistance, support & fault resolution
• Profound knowledge in IPT and recording technologies such as Avaya, Nice and Cybertech CTI applications
• Working knowledge in a Network Operations Centre environment is desired
• Native German and good English knowledge
• Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations and third party vendors
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A precise and problem-solving attitude.
