On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, the Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Microwave consultant to for a project based in Germany.Main responsibilities include:
• Microwave/PTN equipment acceptance test: prepare and execute; the acceptance test includes microwave, microwave protection, Services, Ethernet feature, NMS application etc.
• Microwave/PTN implementation and commissioning: generate checklists
• engineering of microwave/PTN rollout project
• engineering/design of microwave/PTN link
Qualifications:
• Detail knowledge about microwave technologies (RF, protection mechanism HSB1+1, FD, SD, microwave link configuration, measurement application)
• Knowledge about network technologies SDH and PDH
• Datacom knowledge layer 2 switches and layer 3 router
• OS Windows configuration
• NMC administration based on GUI (graphic user interface)
• 3 years experience at telecommunication market
• Good English language skills written and spoken
• Team capability and flexibility
• SuN / Unix knowledge
• Very good German and English Language skills
