- Server infrastructures (HP, Cisco)
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Server OS (Windows, Linux)
- Storage (NetApp)
- Backup (Veeam)
- Cloud (M365, Azure, NetApp, Veeam)
Corresponding certifications from manufacturers of advantage
Customer-oriented, motivated and communicative personality with a structured and independent way of working
Very good skills of English

- Operation Management of the IT infrastructure
- Service level management
- Capacity- and availability management
- Change- and update management
- Incident and problem management
- Operational documentation and asset management
- Monitoring-/event- and alarm management
- Individual system checks
- Develop templates and thresholds for monitoring
- Security-/vulnerability and risk management
- Support implementation of transition projects
- Support automation of operating procedures
- Knowledge transfer and collaboration with other departments
