Our client, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting are currently seeking a Senior Network Engineer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across Network security/Bluecoat Proxy/Load balancers (F5, Citrix)/LAN/WAN technologies.
Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Dresden, Germany or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Germany.
Required Experience:
- Experience in Network Infrastructure, Cisco ACI, Cisco Datacenter/Nexus Devices/LAN/WAN/Routing/Switching/Wireless Lan Controller/Security/MPLS/F5 Load balancer/Proxy
- Cisco Nexus 2K,3K,5K,7 K (DC Switches) series.
- At least 4 years of experience in Security/Bluecoat Proxy/Load balancers (F5, Citrix)
- At least 4 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Routing/Switching/Wireless
- At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- German and English language proficiency (both written and verbal).
- Good Exposure on the hands and feed activities
Required responsibilities:
- Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
- Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Language proficiency:
- German B1/C1 Level and English
