Tasks:* Define ServiceNow Service Tree modelling approach and methodology for client Group IT Asset Management
* Implement and Optimize Service Trees with dedicated units and adopt/optimize approach
* Setup plan to implement and rollout the Service Trees
* Manage and conduct full rollout of Service Tree integration into clients environment
* Define and Setup ITAM HO and Group process
Skills needed:
* Self-organizing person with international experience
* Basic organizational and management experience
* Strong communication skills and patience
* Fluent English, German necessary (for first starting candidate)
* IT asset management and service tree modelling knowledge
* IT operations experience
* Excellent ServiceNow modelling and reporting know how
* ServiceNow and Basic SNOW knowledge
Your offer shall fullfill the following conditions:
* Please Note: In case you are doing business in foreign countries and offer your services for this position make sure that you are willing to place your business in Austria including taxation and contribution to social security in Austria in case "on site services in Vienna" are to be conducted !
* Place of Work: Vienna
* Scope of Work: 5 Days a Week „Full Time"1 to 3 persons shall be contracted
* Volume: about 3*110 Person Days
* Start: Beginning of June 2021
* End: Contract duration until 31.12.2021
