Beschreibung

We are currently looking for a Program Planning and Control Specialist in Fribourg, Switzerland to join our team on client’s side. A great opportunity to work in the Pharmaceutical industry with exposure to new technologies, in an international environment.
The purpose of the role is to help drive the execution of the progress and control mechanisms through existing templates with guidance as outlined below.

Major Accountabilities:

• Planning support:
o Own and maintain the EMEA program plan in MS Project
o Own and maintain the rhythm of plan updates (through progress reporting meetings & offline updates)
o Own, maintain and generate relevant KPIs to feed into EMEA Program Scorecard (Time, Risk)
o Work with EMEA teams and Global project teams to analyze dependencies across Global &/ other regional programs on the EMEA program to accordingly highlight and mitigate risks to EMEA program.
o Program planning: aligning individual project plans across the different projects (Site Migrations, Site Separation and Local Application Migration) to ensure minimal impact to the business
o Own and organize the relevant Governance meetings in terms of meeting content, logistics and follow up actions
• RAID Support:
o Risks- Own and maintain risk logs to feed into EMEA program Risk Heatmap
o Actions- Own, maintain and follow up on EMEA program Action log.
o Issues- Own and maintain Issue logs to feed into EMEA program Issue Heatmap
o Decisions- Own and maintain Decision Logs.

Requirements:
• Several years of experience in Program Planning with a proven track record of success in management and coordination of EMEA projects, preferably in the Pharma and IT sector
• Excellent Project management and coordination experience in a large multi-cultural, cross-functional project/program. PMP & Prince2 certification are desirable
• Proven skills and experience in Dash boarding (KPI design and maintenance)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project and MS Office
• Structured, detail oriented and well organized professional
• Experienced working in multinational teams, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable
• Experienced working in a global setup, i.e. comfortable with video conferences and remote work
• Self-driven and motivated people person, who likes to work in a challenging environment
• Fluency in English, French is a big plus
