Responsibilities:
• Lead the Mac at Bosch initiative for the PA3 Frankfurt office (Migration project of Macbooks to the official Bosch images and provisioning for every employee)
• Onboarding of COBI.Bike tools to Bosch PA3 (Clarify what's necessary to get Bosch approvals for our tools and prepare the paperwork)
• Improve internet connection lines in the Frankfurt office, as well as separate guest’s internet from main line (Network optimization)
• Racking of Jenkins Server and Macs inside a soundproof rack
• Automation of employees Onboarding /Offboarding
• Day to day tasks (IT related issues, Citrix issues, Password reset, Macbook reset)
Required Qualifications:
• Completed vocational training or study in the field of computer science, information technology, IT system integration or similar
• Very strong sense of customer service
• Good knowledge of the macOS environment and network administration
• Experience with a scripting language for onboarding automation
• Good Linux knowledge
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English and German
