Service Delivery Manager urgently required working on a contract basis in London for a leading global energy trading company.The purpose of this role is to ensure secure, reliable, and affordable operations of application landscapes within the Legal & GR portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be
Monitoring, managing and maintaining supplier performance.
Responsible to ensure landscape compliance with the relevant IT controls and information security standards & baselines.
Responsible for assessing and signing-off transition of landscape changes via Enhancements/Project handover processes (e.g. Supportability & Transition for Operations - agreement to deploy, agreement to operate)
The ideal candidate must have
Extensive years of experience in an IT application support environment supporting critical business applications.
Ability to operate in a global, virtual cross cultural organization
Strong supplier management skills
