Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

aktuell sind wir für unseren Kunden auf der Suche nach einem Service Integration Manager/Project Manager – ServiceNow & ITSM (m/w/d) – München

Start: 01.11.2019
End: 30.09.2020

Responsibilities:
• Lead projects to integrate new functionality/services/organizations into the ServiceNow environment
• End-2-End Management of Service Integration requirements between business, service managers, multiple providers, architects and developers
• Translation of business requirements, i.e. conception, design and optimization
• Act as a Product Owner i.e. Creation of user stories in ServiceNow to enable implementation of project requirements
• Map service integration demands into the ITSM framework, i.e. collect and translate business requirements; transform and design
• Support service specific setup of required specifications, i.e. conception, design and optimization (service design)
• Conduct Incident Mgt. Onboarding for Application/Infrastructure Services incl. performing configuration changes (groups, service offerings, scope definitions, etc.)
• Responsible for the integrity of all relevant aspects, e.g. CMDB CI types, interfaces, commercial mapping, service catalog items, usability of user interface
• Release Management in an agile product development process, i.e. manage functional testing and user acceptance tests incl. defect fixing; coordinate pilot and Go-Live
• Perform defect/error analyses (interface communication errors, CMDB data quality issues or process errors) as well as the support of incident and problem resolution
• Adaptation/Creation of documentation

Reuirements:
• Organizational skills, initiative way of working, drive to achieve
• Good communications skills incl. used to act in an international environment with virtual teams
• Good experience in project management and agile development as well as ITSM processes (ITIL)
• Advanced knowledge about and experience with ServiceNow IT Service management module (front and backend)
• Great experiences in demand handling and comprehensive understanding of IT Demand Mgt. process
• Understanding of Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment Workflows as well as CMDB structure
• Good overview to the market in terms of new technologies like AI, Chat Bots, Cloud Services and so on
• Understanding of Information Security relevant aspects
