A ServiceNow consultant is urgently required to work in the City of London for an initial 3 months contract for a leading Client.The role is largely cloud based and is targeting to be out of the two managed service data centres and fully cloud based by November 2019.
The ideal candidate must have strong Service Now implementation , deployment and configuration background
You must have previous experience in;
- Basic MI/Reporting
- Incident Management (and Major Incident Management)
- Service Request Management
