An experienced principal FPGA design engineer is currently sought but an established medical devices company based in Frankfurt.You will work within a multidisciplinary team with the responsibility for designing complex FPGA designs for medical applications
Responsibilities
- FPGA development in Verilog and VHDL
- Coordinate with hardware and software teams to produce design documents
- Test bench verification
- Hardware and software design and verification
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience
- At least 5 years experience in FPGA design
- Strong hardware integration skills (familiarity with a variety of hardware test equipment)
- Experience with system level integration and debugging
- Experience with PCIe, DDR protocols and PHY level interfaces
- Experience with high throughput data processing and DSP techniques
