Beschreibung

Administration Assistant vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.

Your experience/skills:
  • Domain knowledge of standard office tools including spreadsheets along with the ability to reconcile multiple tasks and priorities in a highly organized manner
  • Practical experience in the domain of business support and competence of scheduling, booking, budgeting, leading projects and taking meeting minutes
  • Expertise of working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment as well as the capacity of collaborating with smaller teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Managing the calendar and meeting agendas as well as processing and approving expense reports
  • Acting as a central point of contact for the wider team, identifying and prioritising the main goals of the team along with providing administrative support
  • Organising internal events such as team work, social events and summits logistics
  • Managing the team schedules, administrating approvals and contracts
  • Collaborating with other team members on business-related projects and supporting the colleagues in their tasks during busy periods
