Cloud DevOps Architect vacancy for our Basel based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years' working experience in technical leadership and architecture roles along with 3+ years' experience in DevOps, as a software engineer or DevOps engineer
- Expertise in of Microsoft cloud Azure technology stack and on-premises Azure DevOps Server 2019
- Strong understanding of the entire DevOps stack including CI and CD
- Know-how of secure coding practices such as OWASP, static analysis as a means of security testing as well as third party component management concepts, tools and practices
- Bachelor degree in IT or related field is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Designing a cloud-based DevOps environment within established IT vision and business requirements
- Implementing a cloud-based DevOps environment that is based on Microsoft Azure technologies
- Collaborating with IT and business teams as well as engaging with key stakeholders
- Documenting DevOps architecture, key decisions, environments and processes
- Conceptualising and advising on a secure software development lifecycle set of best practices for internal software development teams
- Supporting on-premises Azure DevOps Server 2019 installation, assisting development teams in their implementation of CI/CD pipelines and agile project methodologies
