To support our international client near Heidelberg we are looking for well experienced network support engineers in layer 2 and 3.
Your tasks
- L2 or L3 network support in an international environment
- Analyze incoming requirements and organize handover sessions to over support teams
- Ensure maintainability of clients network infrastructure, handling CISCO and Arista
Your skills
- Experience with Support and maintenance projects
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of support experience with focus on network topics
- Experience with Design related account and CISCO products
- Fluent communication skills in English, German will be a benefit
