TASKS:
- answer costumer calls
- categorize customers queries
- test and analysis of customers issue
- technical classification of incidents; if necessary forwarding to 2nd Level Support
- documentation of results into ticket system
REQUIREMENTS:
- completed degree in IT area or pronounced IT experience
- professional experience in telephone customer care
- pronounced experience in Microsoft environment
- preferably experience in Microsoft Lync Server
- very good English, preferably German and another foreign language
- work independently and highest reliability
- high customer and service orientation
