Floorwalker L3 / IT-SupportStart: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (+ extension)
Location: Munich
On behalf of a well-known IT client we are searching for a Floorwalker in Munich.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Assist customers in determining problems and provides resolutions
• Use of troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues
• Track and report details of solutions provided to resolve customer issue, maintaining and updating customer database
• Escalate problems in line with documented procedures, as appropriate
• Attend required technical training sessions and make effective use of assigned lab time
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service offerings
Job Qualification
• Good knowledge of software currently shipped with Dell client products and basic knowledge of legacy operating systems
• Working knowledge of PC architecture/technology
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures and the ability to determine course of actions based on given guidelines
• Language skills (spoken and written) in English and German and / or Dutch
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems by investigating potential solutions using troubleshooting skills
• Thorough knowledge of provided on-line tools
• Ability to deal professionally with irate customers
• Ability to learn new products and technologies
