Proteus Europe are currently looking for a Test Manager for one of our clients based in Austria.
Very good German and English skills required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support in High Level Test Planning (test order, high-level test plan, test objectives, test coverage, test duration and to estimate required test resources, schedule and budget set initially, risk analysis, ...)
- Support in the detailed test plan in the form of a low-level test plan (test types, scope, schedule, cost, resources, organization, environment, ...)
- Modulation of the teams at the test cases (test cases), test/configuration/installation of the test environment and the provision of test data
- Finalizing and prioritizing test cases (test cases incl. Test data), organizational coordination of the implementation of test cases, record the test results and if necessary the creation of Defect Tickets
- Evaluation and assessment of test results (exit criteria, test achievement)
- Initial analysis of the cause of the error and the error allocation to the correct implementation team
- Monitoring, control and reporting of test progress
- Formal completion of the tests
Qualifications/Skills:
- Completed technical education (college or university) in the field of computer science, business or electronics
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in project and test management and telecommunications required
- ISTQB certification must be present
- Technical know-how Telko (Core, IT, NT)
- Experience with network connectivity and Tracing
- Teamwork
- Assertiveness and high communication skills
