We have a vacancy for an IP Transport Planning Engineer to support our customer in Vienna (Austria).
Position description/Tasks:
- Prepare the IP network designs considering routing, switching and security aspects.
- Plan and carry out software-upgrades on IP network devices.
- Define requirements for the network equipment selection process.
- Provide Third Level Support for IP network equipment in order to support our operations team.
- Represent our customer in international projects and coordinate the local introduction.
Position requirements:
- Completed a technical education (such as technical highschool or university) and have gained several years of experience in a similar job
- You possess detailed IP know-how and passed respective exams (such as CCNA, CCNP).
- Excellent English skills. Basic German skills are advantageous
- Familiar with MS Office tools
- Overall you impress with your customer orientation, your engagement, your independence as well as team player mentality
- EU Work Permission required
