About our client:
Our client is the headquarter of an international bank. For the international roll-out of their new Learning Management System an experienced roll-out support/project manager (m/f) is required. The incumbent will support both functional organization as well as the roll-out of a group learning platform with up to 40 units involved.
Your tasks:
- Coordination of integration of all units
- Focal point for Vienna HQ Team and Service Center in Prague
- Interface between project team, local staff and other stakeholders involved in the roll-out
- Organization and coordination of functional tests
- Supporting the planning and running of the Go-Live work streams
- Self-reliant decision making within scope of responsibilities
Our requirements:
- Formal education in IT and/or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience with software roll-out (Windows/MS Office)
- Ability to understand and handle legal requirements
- Understanding of data protection/security matters
- Project management skills
- Team player able to self-organize
- Excellent command of English
- Regarded an asset:
- Experience with Single Sign On (Ping ID)
- Sound understanding of data protection and data security
