The German speaking Mainframe (PL 1) will be Responsible for the following:
* Incident Ticket Resolution
* Root Cause analysis for repeated tickets
* Enhancements & deployment
* Quality Management
The German Mainframe (PL 1) will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* German speaking
