I am looking for an engineer who has experience within Packet Switch experience (SGSN, GGSN, PS OR Packet Switch) and they must have ZTE vendor experience.
I am looking for the additional Packet Core resource with the focus on business customer support, must speak fluent German, this would be to work in our headquarters in Vienna. Position is based on shift work - (08:00 - 17:00 or 11:00 - 20:00).
He/she should fulfil following requirements and be able to do E2E troubleshooting for our data services in our mobile network:
Familiar with daily operational tasks for the basic packet core network, specially with the focus on business customers
Working on business customer trouble tickets
Analysis of logfiles,
Daily check of performance counters
Analysis of traces on IuPs, Gn, Gr, Gi, Gs, Gb, Ga, Gx, Gy, S1, S11, S5/S8, SGi, S6a Interface
Being familiar and able to troubleshoot VPN protocols (L2TP, IPSEC, GRE)
Experienced with Linux/Unix operating systems and basic Scripting skills
Basic knowhow of databases (SQL, Oracle)
Support of night actions and be part of on-call duties
Basic knowhow of IP Core Network skills with CISCO ASR products.
