My client is looking for a German speaking packet switch engineer who comes from the following background: Packet switch, SGSN, GGSN, Core network, Troubleshooting, ZTE, German speaker.
The consultant should fulfil following requirements and be able to do E2E troubleshooting for our data services in my clients mobile network:
Familiar with daily operational tasks for the basic packet core network, especially with the focus on business customers.
Working on business customer trouble tickets.
Analysis of logfiles.
Daily check of performance counters.
Analysis of traces on IuPs, Gn, Gr, Gi, Gs, Gb, Ga, Gx, Gy, S1, S11, S5/S8, SGi, S6a Interface.
Being familiar and able to troubleshoot VPN protocols (L2TP, IPSEC, GRE).
Experienced with Linux/Unix operating systems and basic Scripting skills.
Basic knowhow of databases (SQL, Oracle).
Support of night actions and be part of on-call duties.
Knowledge of packet switched 2G/3G/4G networks.
Experienced in working in an operations or engineering role within a vendor or operator.
Ideally experienced with ZTE PS core network equipment (uMAC, xGW).
Experienced with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (ie, Astellia, PRTG, Cacti, Wireshark, etc.)
Basic knowhow of IP Core networks with Cisco ASR products, ideally certified CCNA/CCNP or similar.
Good German language skills.
