Programme Test Manager; Banking, Finance
Job description
- Test program manager for IFRS9 program
- Head of Testing in this program coordinating other test managers and all testing an QA activities
- Direct communication tprogram management
- Extend/detail existing test governance processes if requested
- Coordination of test activities in ~ 40 involved units (incl. network banks)
- Tracking and reporting of progress of all unit
- Issue/Risk management and measurements
- Management reporting (eg Project sponsor, steering comitee)
Skills
- Min. 3 years in banking projects (as a consultant)
- Project management (certified/PMI preferred) experience > 5y in big projects (additional ttest management)
- General understanding of banking applications/its interfaces/data repositories
- Experienced test manager in financial industry (min. 7Y)
- Basic knowhow product and processes of finance industry/
- Experienced in banking IT and architecture
- ITSQB certification expert/advanced (or adequate)
- Planning and leading of tests/testing teams in complex IT-projects
- Managing of major project management tasks
- Expertise (eg writing & reviews of master test concepts, plans, schedules)
- Ensure QA-processes & test governance
- Define & monitoring of quality gates & requirements (functional/non functional)
- Issue & defect management
- Testing procedure & methods (V-Modell, agile methods)
- Reporting (incl. management level) & controlling of progress
- Experienced in preparing/holding of workshops, reviews, audits, etc..
- Well focused communication with project management, IT-experts, business -users, vendors and external project members.
