Networkers International is urgently looking for a senior Hybris Project Manager:
- Coordinate deployment activities for a successful implementation of CommerceNEXT in the European Region
- Oversee preparations per work stream, during Discovery, Build, and Implementation Phase for successful regional rollout
- Advocate and coach project team members on agile implementation approach
Main Responsibilities/Tasks
- Oversee the project implementation of the Hybris OmniCommerce solution
- Set-up integrated project preparations between shared services, affiliates, and IT
- Coordinate migration to new processes and technology using an agile approach
- Prepare and engage subject matter experts in regional & local discovery, build, test, and implementation
- Support organizational change management throughout the entire user journey
- Ensure measurement of operational KPIs before and after implementation
- Mobilize involved stakeholders for a successful go-live
- Prepare go-live decision and post-launch support
- Align dependent environment changes with interconnected internal and external solutions
- Identify and resolve upcoming risks in connection with market roll-in
- Ensure communication of project progress to the project stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Ability to organize and achieve high quality results
- Experience in agile project management, project communication, and conflict resolution
- Scrum Master or equivalent education
- Experience with agile planning using Atlassian project collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Understands Business, IT and OmniCommerce and is able to speak the language
- Is thinking things to the end and takes care of important details
- Can identify and mitigate potential risks/problems
- Attitude to make it happen with a strong proactive result orientation
- Experience in retail/direct selling industry is a plus
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
