SCOPE OF WORK: 50 MD during 4 months (April to July 2016)
START: ASAP
END: Planned: 31.07.2016
TASKS:
- Detailed definition of Requirement Catalog for RfP Process
- Support in assessment of shortlisted DMS systems
- Support in RfP and system/integration partner selection process
- Support Proof of Concept Phase (Use Case Definition, etc.)
- Internal alignment with Business, Operations, Architecture,
- Design of project/integration approach (organization, migration, etc.)
- Preparation of Project Proposal (Project Phases, Timeline, Business Case, )
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of DMS/ECM solution providers - did already similar exercise
- Sound IT and Business Know How in Financial Service Industry - several years of expertise
- Good analytical skills - able to prepare sound requirement catalog for RfP process
- Ability to prepare Business case for Change/Run of system - did already similar exercise
- Project/Implementation manager expertise
Following skills are an additional asset:
- Knowledge of concrete DMS solutions (Opentext, EMC, IBM, SER, .)
- Realized implementation of a DMS solution
