UX Designer with Frontend Dev. Experience needed in Zug 100%Background:
Governance & Services (G&S), part of System Integration & Solution (SIS), is the organization responsible for driving and supporting standardization across Diagnostics(DIA).

DIA UX Strategy & Services has embarked on an exciting transformation to support the topic of User and Customer Experience in Diagnostics. The team is the Global guardian of methodologies and tools in the User & Customer Experience space and is responsible for driving actively Product & Service Design in hardware, software and web application development projects. Embedded in program and project teams, DIA UX provide the services needed for successful user-centered design (user research, interaction design, service coordination with external agencies and usability evaluations).
Role:
? Contributes to further development of the Design System
? Participates in client conversation within their discipline.
? Supports decisions along the project process such as ideation and concepts, with fact-based inputs (e.g. user interviews, desk research, surveys). Participates to shape the synthesis from inputs.
? Shape content, assets and exercises independently. Takes part in workshop facilitation, is able to present sections of the workshop and respond to participant questions and build comfort with the process. Supports planning, synthesis process, and documenting key learnings from the session.
? Able to provide basic guidance to junior designers seeking clarification.
? Provides open and constructive feedback on strengths and areas of improvement for team members.
? Provides clear and constructive critique on project work, and receives critique with curiosity and grace.
? Articulates the impact of design from project experience when asked
? Identifies personal growth areas and is able to propose annual growth goals and self-manage their completion.
? Acts as a buddy to support the ramp up of new team members.
? Able to provide basic guidance to junior designers seeking clarification.
Requirements:
? Strong in Interaction design (can show portfolio), UI implementation support, capable in organizing, moderating and analyzing usability tests.
? Bachelor in UX design, HCID, visual design, communication, social or technical science or similar
? Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
? Can demonstrate deep understanding of design methodologies
? Proficient with Adobe XD
? Has contributed to products or services that have come to market
? Can comfortably understand and speak about UX methods and design with non-UX people
? Fluent in English
Nice to Haves:
? UI web development skills: proficiency in HTML5/CSS3. Web components and Angular 8/9 are a big plus
