Role : PC Rollover Delivery Lead
Location : Munich, Germany
Hiring Mode : Contract (12 Months)

a. PC Rollover Delivery Lead is in charge of the PC rollover for our client. Owns the plan, the execution and the coordination with the customer of the regular PC replacements at the end of their lifecycle. Is in charge of meeting rollover targets for the period (usually 6 months periods) and in charge of timely returns of devices to the manufacturer per return process. In this, works with supplier personnel in charge of the execution of this replacement, plus with the customer for planning purposes.
b. In charge of Rollover for AMS region, APAC and EMEA non Germany. Also acting as backup to similar rollover position in charge of Germany – Austria as well as supporting that function with Germany – Austria activity as needed

Requirements:
Fluent in German and English
Ideally Munich / Bavaria based (Client HQ and counterparts in Munich)
Independent workstyle and ability to drive to target/ completion
Good planning and project management ability
Good communication skills and ability to overall direct the work of the team involved in the execution of the service
Client facing skills
Process optimization skills and ability to drive existing process to the next level for optimization (both outcome and cost)
