My Client is a Leading Tier 1 Investment Bank with astonishing extension plans for 2019.As part of this expansion, we are seeking a high stature User Experience Interaction Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Reimagine how users interact with the banks future channels and touch points by applying hands-on design expertise.
- Study user behaviour by collaborating with User Researchers conducting primary field visits, user interviews, user testing, ethnography, competitor analysis and benchmarking, and surveys.
- Advocate importance of insight and research findings to diverse audiences by reports and presentations.
- Design a variety of workshops to encourage cross discipline and function collaboration.
- Synthesize research insight into actionable, prioritized recommendations.
- Assist in defining measures of success of the digital touch points with internal partners and cross-functional teams.
- Develop information architectures, experience maps, user journey maps, and service blueprints, to support research and ideation.
Essentials Skills:
- Excellent writing skills in the native language
- Clear and concise writing style
- Creation of information architectures, experience maps, user journey maps, and service blueprints.
- Solid track record in design of user experiences for big and small web, native mobile, and/or web applications.
- Academic degree in a relevant interaction or experience design related field.
