Good afternoon, I am currently looking for a Freelance DevOps Engineer- OpenShift (m/f/d) for one of my clients located in AUSTRIA.Project:
Start: November 2022
Duration: long-term project -1 year contract
Capacity: Full-time/Part-time
Remote : Remote/occasionally come on-site-Vienna
Project languages: German-fluent
Profile:
• Experience in 2nd level support
• Good know-how in the areas of Linux, Apache, Wildfly/JBoss EAP/Tomcat
• Good knowledge of OpenShift
• Experience in Scripting (Bash)
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, ArgoCd
• Know-how in the programming of automation of DevOps processes is an advantage
• Database know-how in PostgreSQL is an advantage
• Interest in the operation of IT systems according to ITIL process
Daily Tasks:
• In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing and stable operation of our state-of-the-art eGovernment applications.
• You are primarily responsible for technical operations management.
• In the course of this, you take over the system monitoring and optimization as well as the receipt of faults.
• You work on independent troubleshooting.
• In addition, there is the planning and execution of deployments and the close cooperation within the product team (consisting of architecture, development, project management and operations).
• In addition, you form an interface to other areas (database, storage, network, etc.) and, if necessary, work as a representative of your operations team on new projects.
• In addition, you will support product and operations management and ensure ongoing documentation.
