o => flexible working hours required to enable workshops for Americas, Europe & Asia Pacific
• Delivery:
- Capacity: 1x 75% - 80%
• Task description:
o Support in creating training content with Scrum of Scrum. The trainings are not general agile trainings, but customized to the project context and processes (Training content is for example: What are EPICS, FEATURES, USER STORIES and how to maintain, How-To: Pipelines, Deployments, Issues, Release Increment Planning, How to enhance MVP and what does it mean to Releases planned, agile mindset training)
o Execution of trainings will be done virtually with teams in Japan, Canada and Europe (e.g. Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain) in English and within respective country working hours
o Supporting and Coaching teams with setting up, starting and developing agile processes and routines, focus on agile way of working and mindset
• Qualifications:
o Agile Coach with several years of practical experience in agile at scale project environments
o Languages: English - fluent; German optional
o Experiences in conducting remote trainings and coachings (MS Teams, Miro, WebEx)
