(Proxy) Product Owner (m/w/d) IDQIG2097
Projektlaufzeit: asap - 3 Monate plus Verlängerungsoption
4 Tage/Woche offsite
Projektort: Würzburg / NRW / remote
Setting up a Scrumprocess for a 7-people-team together with the Scrum Master and a Key Stakeholder we are searching for external support. What we are currently lacking is a Product Owner with alreay experience in writing, cutting and presenting user stories to the team. As well as interacting on a regular basis with the Stakeholders of the projects. There is no available business role who can take over this responsibility.
Task description:
The role description of this assignment can best be described as the Product Owner in an agile project. His tasks will include:
- Collection of business requirements for the running project.
- Method of collection: interviews/discussions with IT Teamlead, the Business Owner in the Headquater the relevant business stakeholders to capture their requirements
- Document those requirements in the Atlassian Suite tools Jira and Confluence
- Discussion with the Scrum team together with the Business Owner in his role as the responsible Product Owner the content of each Sprint
- After each Sprint the Product Owner should also steer the user testing and consolidate the test results as further input into the implementation
- Communication relay between IT side of the agile project and the business users
- Approval of the implemented solution after successful tests
- After successful implementation of the relevant parts of the project in this context, a reporting solution should be defined. The consultant should lead the report definition in the same way as the solution implementation that produces the data for reporting
Skills:
• Business analysis and significant PMO/ project management experience
• Experience with process improvement
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Coordination of technical releases
• Continuous integration & deployment (CI/CD)
• Managing workflow, open tasks and progress
• Experience of project delivery for the entire software development lifecycle
Languages: Proficient in German and English
