The Role:For one of our clients, a company working in the area of financial information services, we are looking for a senior UX designer.
Your main tasks:
The UX designer will join the innovation initiative at an early stage, where he/she will work with multi-disciplinary teams to tackle all aspect of the service design process. To gain insights he/she will utilize user research, persona development and customer journeys, to develop low fidelity visual designs that present realistic feel of the intended experience. Also, he/she will be helping to drive concept/prototype testing sessions with internal and external stakeholders, synthesize findings and iteratively integrate them into solution design.
You have the following skills and experiences:
- UX: User centric experience design for application and services
- UI: Expert knowledge of user interface design
- Strong visual communication skills
- Working knowledge of human centred design principles and practice
- Holistic and human centred approach to digital product design, from research and insight generation to concept to deliverable
- Strong ability to synthesize feedback and input from internal and external stakeholders with business as well as technical background
- Preferrably you also have some programming experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- You are business fluent in both German and English
