Tätigkeiten:
- Handles all client requests (incl. daily/ weekly calls)
- Handle a close contact with our IT system engineering and excel customization team
- Responsible for client communication
- Assure quality of the system the monitoring of the correctness of the implementations
- Taking over of the leadership for assigned client(s) and escalating any risks of the project
