3) Field Services Operations lead:a. The Field Services Operations lead is in charge of a subset of the Field Services Operations to our client. He-She is part of a core team who overall run operations in this space and direct the work of our FS supplier as part of that. This includes day to day operations, keeping them on track through proactive measures as well as reactively addressing items that are off track and need intervention.
b. Requirements:
i. Strong track record and ability of leading operations
ii. Ability to drive SLAs and KPIs and through them operational excellence
iii. Strong collaboration skills to overall drive deliverables of FS supplier globally
iv. Proactive approach and forward thinking
v. Ability to deal with escalations
vi. Good client facing skills and communication skills
vii. Fluent in German and English language
viii. Ideally Munich / Bavaria based

Duration – 12 Months
Rates - Should not exceed Euros 350 per day
