Business Trainer urgently required to work on a initial 3 month contract for our global real estate client based in the City of London.The candidate will assist the Programme Team in devising and implementing suitable training approaches for each product and country, to support achieving the Target Operating Model (TOM). Deliver the training plan across EMEA. Deliver hands-on style training with some occasional one-on-one VIP training.
The ideal candidate will have a proven Training background working within the corporate sector. Providing end-user training for large scale technology initiatives working with project teams and senior internal stakeholders.
In-depth classroom management, communicating to diverse audience and you must be experienced in adult learning techniques. Excellent IT end-user training and ideally Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). Experience with large-scale, complex, matrix organisational change efforts. Experience with training on mobile devices. Multi-lingual with fluent French, however Dutch and German also helpful.
