JD for Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect--The candidates should have more than 10 years of relevant experience
-Experience in implementing Service Cloud projects
-Experience in designing Service Cloud integration solutions, Communities
-Hands on experience on Salesforce Visualforce, Apex, Angular, SOQL, SOSL development
-Hands on experience on Lighting Framework, Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder, Lightning Design System
-Ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the solution (both functional and technical components) and break it down into smaller manageable work units
-Leads and/or participates in project planning processes.
-Contributes to strategic planning meetings and provides guidance and expertise on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits, and impacts on business processes and goals.
-Service Cloud certification is must.
