Role: Frontend Developer
Location: Mechelen, Belgium
Hiring mode: Contract / Permanent
Job Description:
Must possess below skills -
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ Years of experience in implementing solution around Web Content Management
• 3+ years of experience in AEM 6.0/6.x
• Working knowledge on AEM dispatcher and configurations
• Experience in implementing solution using Java 8, AEM & JavaScript frameworks (Angular 1.x and 7) and React
• Hands on experience in developing templates, components using AEM
• Able to conceptualize and design workflows in AEM
• Knowledge & experience on testing frameworks (Karma, Jasmine and Junit)
• Experience in code quality tools like Sonar, Sonar Lint
• Must be proficient in Dutch and English
Nice to have skills –
• Familiar in Agile way of working and tools like Jira, Confluence, Stash (Bit Bucket)
• Experience in adobe cloud marketing product such as analytics, audience manager and target
• Experience in converting UI designs to HTML pages using HTML, SCSS through BEM model and atomic design
• Experience in apache Felix, apache sling and Java content repository(Jackrabbit/CRX)
• Experience in Touch UI, HTL, user management tagging, search using Lucene index and Coral UI and its customizations
• Working knowledge of Java web frameworks and OSGI
• Experience in DevOps (CI/CD), GIT, Maven, IntelliJ, SOAP/JSON
• Understanding of the various configuration to optimize the author performance
• Experience of working in the telecom domain
Job Responsibilities –
• To design and develop the solution aligned to the requirements
• Working with architects and analysts to detail out requirements
• Creating technical documentation and specifications
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to coding and architectural standards
• Verifying functionality through unit testing and writing automated tests
• Implementing modern and maintainable code solutions
• Encouraging teams to adopt new technologies when appropriate
